So I've been seriously neglecting DA for a while now. Not with posting art, I never post art. But with messages and such. I had some backed up from a couple months back. =/ Anyway, I got all that out of the way and even posted some art. Woo.

I've been trying to actually pratice drawing lately. Like, really. Drawing every day and just doodling whatevs and doing studies. I'm saving all my doodles now and dating them and not letting ugliness stop me from just drawing. Unlike before, I'm really trying to progress. Before, I could go months and months without drawing a single thing and not even bothering if what I was trying to draw was coming out badly. Maybe in the future I'll made a collage of doodles. XD

I think I'll remake an old picture I have in my gallery. I've wanted to do that for a while, but I've been too lazy. Any suggestions?

I'm actually using a tablet now. It's not mine. I'm borrowing my sister's. It doesn't have pen pressure, unfortunately. =/

Anyway, when I had my own tablet before I didn't like to use it because it was so damn hard to control and my hand jitters enough as it is, so it was very hard to make good lines with it. Eventually it died on me, anyway. This was a few years ago. I only just started using my sister's a couple weeks or so ago, I guess. It's easier than the one I had before and I actually like using it. I still tend to switch back and forth between the tablet and my mouse, though. The tablet is quick and I can make good quick strokes for sketching, but I have much better control over the mouse, so it's good for laying down real lines.
