Another com I completed on Gaia.

I drew most of this a long time ago, actually. I was going to have the lines be blue and color under them, but I stupidly saved that picture as a JPEG and it was ruined. So, I decided to start over completely after that. However, I wasn't able to do anything I liked and I kept looking back at the ruined picture and I loved the hair and I couldn't bring myself to starting over on it completely, so I traced over the old picure with this new one.

I redrew the face, circlet, and cape fluff, but I traced over the hair completely. (Which, by the way, was very difficult at some points. It was much easier to draw than to trace x_x) It looks much better than the old picture!

I originally wanted to give it a border of leaves and vines and a frog, but I was too lazy for that. XP The leaves that are on it were just a random thing I came up with because I wanted something more, without having to draw a complicated border. They're not the best leaves, but I really like how they work with the picture.

I had a lot of trouble coloring this. Moreso than on my last commission, even. x__x I'm still not completely satisfied with the skin, but it was getting to the point that I just didn't know what to do. I restarted and messed around with it a lot. I do like the hair, though.

I don't know if it's obvious or not, but that's a frog on the circlet. ^_^;
